Last updated: [PLACEHOLDER — date]. These terms apply to members of the VITA Wipes Founding 500 and are in addition to the Terms of Service. The program has 500 seats.

A Founding Member receives a lifetime member discount on VITA Wipes products, a personal partner link and code that earn a commission of 10% on every order they refer (refills included), and a seat in the focus group that shapes the blends we launch next. Benefits are tied to the member's account and cannot be transferred.

Members post about VITA Wipes at least once every 30 days with an FTC disclosure (#ad), tag @vitawipes, and share their referral link. Members submit proof of each post from their account for review.

To keep Founding Member benefits, a member must have at least 3 referred orders in any rolling 90-day period, measured from 30 days after approval. A member below this minimum may be notified by email and, if the minimum is not met within 14 days of that notice, may be suspended. A suspended member keeps any commissions already approved; the lifetime discount and the referral link are paused until the member is reinstated.

We may update these terms. When a change affects existing members, we show the new version at sign-in and ask for acceptance; the benefits continue once the member accepts.
